Surah Ad-Duha (Arabic: سورة Ad-Duha, "The Morning Hours") is the 93 chapter (surah) of the Qur'an, containing 11 verses (ayahs). It is classified as a Meccan Surah, meaning it is historically understood to have been revealed during the Meccan Period (610–622 CE) of the prophecy.

Text and Translation
Verse 93:1
وَالضُّحٰيۙ
wal-ḍuḥā
By the morning brightness
Verse 93:2
وَالَّيۡلِ اِذَا سَجٰيۙ
wa-al-layli idhā sajā
And [by] the night when it covers with darkness
Verse 93:3
مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلٰيؕ
mā waddaʿaka rabbuka wamā qalā
Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you]
Verse 93:4
وَلَلۡاٰخِرَةُ خَيۡرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ الۡاُوۡلٰيؕ
walalākhiratu khayrun laka mina l-ūlā
And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life]
Verse 93:5
وَلَسَوۡفَ يُعۡطِيۡكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرۡضٰيؕ
walasawfa yuʿ'ṭīka rabbuka fatarḍā
And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied
Verse 93:6
اَلَمۡ يَجِدۡكَ يَتِيۡمًا فَاٰوٰيࣕ
alam yajid'ka yatīman faāwā
Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge
Verse 93:7
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدٰيࣕ
wawajadaka ḍāllan fahadā
And He found you lost and guided [you]
Verse 93:8
وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَاَغۡنٰيؕ
wawajadaka ʿāilan fa-aghnā
And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient
Verse 93:9
فَاَمَّا الۡيَتِيۡمَ فَلَا تَقۡهَرۡؕ
fa-ammā l-yatīma falā taqhar
So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]
Verse 93:10
وَاَمَّا السَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنۡهَرۡؕ
wa-ammā l-sāila falā tanhar
And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him]
Verse 93:11
وَاَمَّا بِنِعۡمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثۡࣖ
But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it]
