Surah An-Nas (Arabic: سورة An-Nas, "Mankind") is the 114 chapter (surah) of the Qur'an, containing 6 verses (ayahs). It is classified as a Meccan Surah, meaning it is historically understood to have been revealed during the Meccan Period (610–622 CE) of the prophecy.

Text and Translation
Verse 114:1
قُلۡ اَعُوۡذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِۙ
qul aʿūdhu birabbi l-nāsi
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind
Verse 114:2
مَلِكِ النَّاسِۙ
maliki l-nāsi
The Sovereign of mankind
Verse 114:3
اِلٰهِ النَّاسِۙ
ilāhi l-nāsi
The God of mankind
Verse 114:4
مِنۡ شَرِّ الۡوَسۡوَاسِ ۙ الۡخَنَّاسِۙ
min sharri l-waswāsi l-khanāsi
From the evil of the retreating whisperer
Verse 114:5
الَّذِيۡ يُوَسۡوِسُ فِيۡ صُدُوۡرِ النَّاسِۙ
alladhī yuwaswisu fī ṣudūri l-nāsi
Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind
Verse 114:6
مِنَ الۡجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِࣖ
mina l-jinati wal-nāsi
From among the jinn and mankind
