Surah Al-Falaq (Arabic: سورة Al-Falaq, "The Daybreak") is the 113 chapter (surah) of the Qur'an, containing 5 verses (ayahs). It is classified as a Meccan Surah, meaning it is historically understood to have been revealed during the Meccan Period (610–622 CE) of the prophecy.

Text and Translation
Verse 113:1
قُلۡ اَعُوۡذُ بِرَبِّ الۡفَلَقِۙ
qul aʿūdhu birabbi l-falaqi
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak
Verse 113:2
مِنۡ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَۙ
min sharri mā khalaqa
From the evil of that which He created
Verse 113:3
وَمِنۡ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ اِذَا وَقَبَۙ
wamin sharri ghāsiqin idhā waqaba
And from the evil of darkness when it settles
Verse 113:4
وَمِنۡ شَرِّ النَّفّٰثٰتِ فِي الۡعُقَدِۙ
wamin sharri l-nafāthāti fī l-ʿuqadi
And from the evil of the blowers in knots
Verse 113:5
وَمِنۡ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ اِذَا حَسَدَࣖ
wamin sharri ḥāsidin idhā ḥasada
And from the evil of an envier when he envies
