Surah Al-Humazah (Arabic: سورة Al-Humazah, "The Traducer") is the 104 chapter (surah) of the Qur'an, containing 9 verses (ayahs). It is classified as a Meccan Surah, meaning it is historically understood to have been revealed during the Meccan Period (610–622 CE) of the prophecy.

Text and Translation
Verse 104:1
وَيۡلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةِۙ
waylun likulli humazatin lumazatin
Woe to every scorner and mocker
Verse 104:2
اِۨلَّذِيۡ جَمَعَ مَالًا وَّعَدَّدَهٗۙ
alladhī jamaʿa mālan waʿaddadahu
Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it
Verse 104:3
يَحۡسَبُ اَنَّ مَالَهٗ٘ اَخۡلَدَهٗۚ
yaḥsabu anna mālahu akhladahu
He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal
Verse 104:4
كَلَّا لَيُنۭۡ بَذَنَّ فِي الۡحُطَمَةِؗۖ
kallā layunbadhanna fī l-ḥuṭamati
No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher
Verse 104:5
وَمَا٘ اَدۡرٰىكَ مَا الۡحُطَمَةُؕ
wamā adrāka mā l-ḥuṭamatu
And what can make you know what is the Crusher
Verse 104:6
نَارُ اللّٰهِ الۡمُوۡقَدَةُۙ
nāru l-lahi l-mūqadatu
It is the fire of Allah, [eternally] fueled
Verse 104:7
الَّتِيۡ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَي الۡاَفۡـِٕدَةِؕ
allatī taṭṭaliʿu ʿalā l-afidati
Which mounts directed at the hearts
Verse 104:8
اِنَّهَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ مُّؤۡصَدَةٌۙ
innahā ʿalayhim mu'ṣadatun
Indeed, Hellfire will be closed down upon them
Verse 104:9
فِيۡ عَمَدٍ مُّمَدَّدَةٍࣖ
fī ʿamadin mumaddadatin
